He tries some wishes but only those related to Kelly work

Interested in knowing if the theory worked, Jack made some wishes related to himself and his surroundings, but nothing happened. This led him to believe that, for some reason, the wishes would only come true if they were related to his mother.

The tattoo had an image of his mother's face outlined in characters that he didn't know what they meant, but that had seemed cool to him. Jack ran into the house and looked at the tattoo with the help of a mirror, and saw that it had changed and now there was the tip of a dick instead of Kelly's face. Studies indicating that, under normal conditions, the virus is harmless to humans, But people with a very high level of cortisol, which means that the person had a very high level of stress, increased the effect of the virus that caused a mutation in the infected person. It was also reported that the virus only affected women, and that they would not detail the effects, but they said that the virus turned women into a giant sets of male genitals within weeks.

Later that day, Jack found a rerun of the same story and showed it to his mother, realizing it was related to the wish they made.
