Beastfolk anatomy.

"OK class, today we will be learning something VERY exciting, at least to me anyway, As you all know this world contains 2 different races, Humans and Beastfolk, I'm sure you all know about the human body by now, it's all pretty boring really..."

"Is she... allowed to call her own class boring?" Autumn asked quietly.

"I don't know, just shut up and listen" Sophie grumbled.

"SO TODAY CLASS," The teacher said suddenly very loud, "We will be learning about the much more exciting Beastfolk anatomy! Isn't that exciting!" nobody spoke up to agree so Miss Kinley kept speaking. "As I'm sure you are aware, Beastfolk share a large amount of their DNA with humans, but a tiny amount of their DNA comes from Animals! A specific type of animal based on what subrace of beast folk they are." The teacher now fixed her gaze on Autumn and Sophie.

"FOR EXAMPLE! Autumn the cutie sat at the back of the class with the fuzzy ears is a Wolf subrace beastfolk! thanks to this, she shares DNA with a wolf, which gives her those cute fuzzy adorable ears on top of her head! and the adorable tail she is wagging right now"

Sophie looked down and saw Autumn was indeed wagging her tail, Autumn realized everyone was looking at it and blushed, "Sorry I get excited at praise..."

"Idiot..." Sophie mumbled.

"Another trait Autumn has thanks to her wolf subrace is her high energy, which can make it hard for her to keep still for long periods of time"

"It's true..." Autumn said shyly.

"But there are many other Subraces too, not just wolves, another example is Sophie! The cutie with the snow-white cat ears!"

Sophie's cat ears flicked in response as if they were self-aware... "This seems highly unprofessional..."

"Sophie shares similar traits to Autumn with her ears and tail, but hers are similar to what a cat would have, instead of a wolf, and on top of this, Sophie has amazing night vision, she can see almost perfectly in the dark unlike us! She does also share a few of the cuter traits with cats too..."

As the teacher said this Sophie began to blush, her cat ears flattened against her head in fear as to what she was about to say.

"For example, Sophie like all cats shares a love of fish! and if Sophie were to become really happy she would purr! A simple trick to make a cat beast folk purr is to stroke there ears"

Sophie turned to Autumn at this, "If you touch my ears I will kill you."

"I wasn't going to!"

"Now for this next part of the lesson, I'm going to need a volunteer, a beast folk volunteer specifically! its lucky we have 2 in our class or this lesson would be much more boring" The teacher smiled and looked over at the animal duo, who were both looking pretty afraid.
