Chapter 29 by Admira Admira

Mhmm! This pizza is really good for the west coast.

Magic Lessons

(AN: Updates are gonna slow down a little from now on, story will continue but as it gets more characters it takes longer. I have all the harem members planned and I want to write at least that much. I am writing a couple other branches on other stories that will be less plot heavy, so check 'em out if you're interested and thanks for reading!)

I sat up and clapped my hands, using the ring to clean myself of grease. Hehe, magic was so fun.

"Okay! Auras, from what I can tell, are the metaphysical manifestations of our emotions. In other words our Souls can seem to stretch beyond our bodies and can interact with each other to convey information!"

"And my Aura is weird so I don't get any of this, but I'm also immune to some magic." Trevor's bitterness gave way to curiosity. "Why am I like this?"

"Not sure! But, apparently there have been a lot of people like me with magic throughout history. Sometimes when we grant powers to people, they become hereditary."

"So, what. A wizard centuries ago wanted make people resistant to magic and I'm stuck with a broken superpower?"

Regina cut in, "Yup. It's a little more complicated than that, but pretty much." She deepthroated a rolled up slice of pineapple pizza.

I recoiled and covered my eyes. "What she said."

Trevor remained stoic in the presence of terror and spoke over the noise. "So now what? Do I just get a pat on the back for being magic and a boot out the door? Is there a newsletter I can sign up for? A secret school for people with useless powers?"

Taylor put a consoling hand on the angry teenager's shoulder. "Your Gift is not useless! Many people in my family would have given–" Trevor's jaw clenched tightly. Uh-oh.

I pulled him out of his chair before this could explode."Okay! Thank you Taylor for the encouragement, but I think it's too soon." She frowned at me like she'd didn't know what was about to happen... Ugh, deal with that later. Emmy seemed to understand and was explaining to her.

Gwen followed as I dragged him to my bedroom.

"Trevor, we have two options to help with the negative aspects of–"

"Negative aspects!? I've been isolated and alone my whole life! I thought I was broken or that everyone decided I wasn't worth–" Gwen pulled him into her tits. When she let him up he was dazed but no longer shouting, so...

I sighed. "I can either make a couple temporary Artifacts to let you see Auras and simulate having one that will properly interact without removing your immunity. Or I can modify your power so you can control it."

Blushing, Trevor nodded. "I uh, sorry again. What are the downsides and benefits of each option?"

I explained all about Enchanting objects into Artifacts. How I need to be very specific, the Artifact will break down at unpredictable speeds, and that he'd have to wear them constantly. Gwen sitting in his lap all the while. What the hell happened between them?

"Now eventually I should be able to directly effect you. Unfortunately, for reasons, Men can't be directly effected by my magic. It's not super hard, it's like trying to shape smoke compared to wet clay, I just can't touch it. Like, right now if I try to give you pink hair nothing will happ–" The Ring burned, and Trevor's hair was hot pink.

Huh.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" Gwen pulled a lock of wavy hair from behind his ear. Trevor's eyes crossed to look at the bright pink that should have been black.

"Oh."

That's interesting
