Gwen returns

Gwen had been looking everywhere for her cousin, wondering where he had gotten to.The people had Mr. Smoothie had been in some kind of trance, before they seemed to return to normal and head home. The authorities were keeping an eye on them in case something else happens. But the fact she couldn't find Ben, the fact he didn't seem as worried when she talked to him, made her thing that he was under the effect of this. So while Rook took care of making sure the other victums were kept under observations, she and Kevin were looking for Ben.

Kevin had driven her to her uncle Carl's house.They had phone them when this had all begun and the two adults haven't heard anything. But it was still possible that Ben had returned to his parents house during their search as they had tried everywhere else he would have been at. If this panned out to be a failure they would have to look beyond they usual places.

Her boyfriend had gotten her out and was following her to the door. He asked her, "So you have any idea of who might behind this? Cause if Ben's under someone's power, it might help to know who that is. Especially if we have to stop them."

"Not sure. I checked their mana for spells, but nothing out of the ordinary seemed to have affected their life ****. Rook checked them out and no technological elements seemed to be involved. Basically, there is nothing that shows anything wrong with them except their behaviour.

They knocked at the door and were greeted by Carl, "Hello Gwen, Kevin. I'm guess you're looking for Ben. Well, he's here. You want to follow me?"

Gwen could hear voices, many of them familiar, but she agreed. She followed into the living room to see her aunt chatting with Ben... and Charmcaster. Who was very close to Ben with the hero's arm around her.
