What's in the new room?
Daycare
The room was shockingly inviting looking. The walls were a pale yellow, with runners along the wall displaying numbers and the alphabet. There was a semicircle of student desks at the front of the room around a whiteboard and teacher desk, and in the back area of the room there was a soft rug, with a bookshelf, table, and what looked like a box of toys. A nun stood in front of the room, "teaching" two students. She had written some basic addition problems on the board, and the students were busy at copying them down. She smiled when Daniel entered the room.
"You must be the new little one! I heard all about your accident in class, dear. You two continue your math lesson," she instructed the students. "I'll help young Dorothy here into some clothes, poor dear. Do you want some clothes, sweetie?"
Daniel nodded desperately. "Please! Please let me get dressed, I'm begging you."
The nun laughed, patting the top of his head. "Of course, honey. Come with me."
