She checks out the rest of the training area

Momo exited the locker area and decided to check out the rest of the training ground she was at.

I should check out the rest of this area before I leave. I can also move more efficiently by going from roof to roof instead of on the ground.

The building she was in was a large indoor gym-like space used for stimulations of different situations in a closed environment. Today she and the other students had practiced navigating and rescuing civilians from damaged buildings. The teachers had used their various quirks to assemble a makeshift building which was on the verge of collapse.

The hero gear thief might be hiding inside the fake building… I should check it out just in case.

Momo cautiously walked into the structure, careful to not disturb any of the fragile parts. Though the teachers had done their best to make it safe, in order to keep some degree of realism they destroyed part of it to create rubble and debris, as well as areas that might collapse in the future.

Momo quickly checked every corner of the building on each floor and found nothing, so she decided to move on. However as se was leaving, she found a small passageway that she had failed to notice earlier.

I better check this area out before I go… I don’t remember seeing this part when we were simulating the scenario, and seeing how much debris there is around that part, it must have broken down after we left. Then, perhaps someone else got in and caused the wall to fall…

She cautiously approached the broken wall and peered inside, but it was too dark. She decided to take a couple steps in when she slipped on a loose rock and fell forward. Luckily, she managed to catch herself before she hit the ground. Unfortunately, she was leaning against a loose wall and it broke off. The structure shook as chunks began crumbling off, and before she could react, several pieces had fallen and pinned her down.
