Mackenzie rips her pants

RIP!

Having just received the report from Mr. Rook, Mackenzie took a step forward planning to return to her own office on the upper floors to go over the documents. She had not noticed her back of her pants getting caught in the door.

"Oh no," Mackenzie whispered backing up into the door and trying to look natural when a couple of interns walked by.

"Pardon us ma'am."

"Good morning, Ms. Fairbairn."

"Good morning," She replied as if nothing was wrong. After they were gone, she looked behind her to assess the damages. There was a massive split in her suit pants along the ass crack. If she wasn't careful, they're suffer further damage. Mackenzie carefully opened the door to release her pants but unfortunately didn't escape Rook's attention.

"Hello," he said in a gruff voice. "Who's there?"

Mackenzie froze for a minute considering slamming the door and quickly running away. Instead, she opened the door a little wider and peering inside making sure Rook knew it was her.

"Oh Ms. Fairbairn," Rook said much quieter. "Do you need anything else"

"I was skimming these documents before I left," Mackenzie lied, "and I just wanted to confirm. These are the most up to date records, correct?"

"Yes ma'am," Rook said nervously.

"Interesting," Mackenzie said, closing the door without another word. She had probably just given Rook a heart attack, but she didn't have time to think about that. Although she was free, her pants were still split. Enough so that they were handing open, allowing anyone to see her panties underneath. Fortunately, Mackenzie had planned for this possibly and made sure to always wear matching underwear so it would be harder to notice. Still, she had to fit this quickly before someone took notice.

After checking to make sure the coast was clear, Mackenzie positioned herself near the wall and held the reports near her hips on the other side. This way, so long as she followed the wall, no one could see her split pants. She started walking heading in the direction of the supply room so she could repair her pants. She passed by several employees on the way many of whom she knew from when she did desk work. Many spotted her and tried to congratulate her on her promotion or even strike up a conversation, but Mackenzie politely told them she was busy and moved on.

Finally, she made it to the, thankfully empty, supply room and locked the door behind her. After taking a short breath, Mackenzie got to work. She searched the cabinets until she found some clear scotch tape and used it hastily repaired her pants.

"Not perfect," Mackenzie said, looking down at the pieces of tape barely holding the gapping tear together, "but it will have to do."

Mackenzie exited the supply room in a hurry. Her quick fix wouldn't last forever, so she needed to get to her office soon before anyone noticed or worse, the tape lost its hold. Mackenzie made it the elevator not too long after and clicked the call button. She waited patiently for the doors to open frequently, moving the report from one side of her body to the other to obscure her ass from passersby. When the elevator finally came, Mackenzie walked in and pressed the close button, trying to ensure she was alone in the elevator. The doors closed, and Mackenzie took a sigh of relief, leaning back against the elevator wall. She was safe.

"So far, so good." Mackenzie said to herself right before standing back up straight. "Ha, it's funny. Normally, I'd at least be in my underwear by now."

Mackenzie's reprieve was ended by that horrid sound. The Redhead hadn't noticed in her haste earlier, but the tape she used on her pants was actually double-sided. It had gotten stuck to the elevator wall and ripped her pants even worse. The cloth covering her right buttcheek was now completely gone, the fabric hanging loosely from the bottom. The hole was so big it wasn't just the panties on display but the pale skin of her thigh and ass as well.

"Shit," Mackenzie cursed, thinking this situation couldn't get worse, and then the elevator started to slow. "Oh no."

The elevator stopped with a ding a few floors before where Mackenzie needed to get off. Someone else was coming on. Mackenzie gritted her teeth and moved to the back of the elevator, hoping whoever was coming in wouldn't notice her butt.
