Dancing...great....

I walk back into the ball room it's now a dance floor I try to spot my group but needless to say there's a lot more people than there was earlier. I make my way through the crowd suddenly I feel a hand grab mine I turn to see another beauty has me within her grasp this seemed like it was happening a lot.
Not that I'm complaining she has a huge smile on her face "hey wanna dance?" It was a slow song so I think I can handle this. "Sure why not." She leads me to the dance floor and pulls me in close her arms resting around my neck I put my hands on her hips. Her body is toned her breast can't be bigger than a B cup but her butt more than makes up for her lack of chest. We slowly dance. Her dress is so tight it feels like a second skin, "so what's your name?" She ask. "Or am I just gonna be calling you handsome for the rest of the night." I try to remain calm I don't want to stammer like an idiot. "Antonio Rodrigues." She pulls away and stares into my eyes I notice something that frightens me....her eyes are grey....she's a were beast. "So you're the diplomat." I say in a tone that is far calmer than I feel. "My my you are the perceptive one." She says in a tone laced with mischief. I scowl at her "something tells me you're not really here to make friends." "You're wrong while a big part of the clan still supports Parlock some of us are breaking away from him we're tired of this war we're tired of the senseless ****." She's telling the truth I've always had the ability to tell when people are lying to me or not. "Ok I believe you but something tells me you knew who I was before I told you." She draws herself close to me our noses are almost touching. "Antonio everyone in clan Kai knows who you are, your parents were hero's among the Dru clan they helped to halt Parlock's advances after the battle of Crupero but enough with the history lesson." The song stops and switches to something fast pace. "Sorry don't do fast songs I've no sense of rhythm." She gives me a pout face "you sure?" she ask. "yep have fun though."

I walk away from her I suddenly feel a hand on my shoulder I turn around to see Kaylee. "Where's Delilah and the rest of your group?" She ask, "I'm not sure kind of a big party." I say. "We need to find them quickly." She says I suddenly feel my stomach going into knots, "What's going on?" My tone is filled with worry she gives me a grave look. "We found the group you were looking for." Her tone is as grave as the look she gave me, "I take it that it wasn't just a bunch of kids looking to play a prank?" I start looking around for suspicious looking people. She shakes her head "we need to find your friends without drawing attention." "Why?" I ask. "Cause there are a large group of were beast here we're not sure how many but enough to make the palace guard worried." I feel my stomach tighten even more from her words. I sigh I look around where the hell is Delilah when I need her. Judging from the size of the crowd there is easily over a thousand people here, why would you invite so many people here the risk of an attack is incredible high especially with so many people of importance. Then an idea strikes me, "I think we can get people out of here without drawing attention well at least not suspicious attention." She gives me a worried look, "what's your plan?" She ask. "I'm going to start a fire." Her eyes look like their about to pop out of her skull "are you crazy?" She ask there are tons of people in he-." She suddenly cuts herself off she's staring at something that is behind me on the wall, I turn around I can feel my heart pounding in my chest as I see about that the entire ceiling is covered with were beast. Damn how did they get up there with out anyone noticing...then I remember the ceiling was covered by a curtain I thought it was odd but just thought it was something that they did here. "Kaylee I think this was an inside job how else can they get up there with out anyone noticing." "We'll worry about that later we have to get these people out of here." she says. "If we do anything they'll be on these people in a heart beat." I say. I'm trying to remain calm but finding it more difficult suddenly I feel something stirring inside me it was...warm...soothing even. Suddenly the music stops and everyone in the room vanishes before my eyes all except one Delilah. I begin making my way over to her, what the hell was going on? I stop only about a foot away from her suddenly everything is back to normal. I'm now standing behind Delilah and the rest of my group as they're just mingling with other party guest.

"Guys." I say it loud enough so they can hear me, they all turn to me. "Hey Antonio where have you been man?" Kyle ask. "No time to explain guy we're in trouble." I say this as i make a subtle gesture to the roof they all slowly look up. They begin to tense up, "easy guys we attack now and a lot of people are gonna get hurt." I say trying desperately to keep myself calm. "He's right." Kaylee suddenly appears beside me, "we need a plan." "already got one, it's pretty simple to." I look at Delilah "I need you to make a barrier big enough to hold them back can you do that." I ask she just replies with a firm nod, I turn to Kaylee, "I need you to prep emergency vehicles to get these people back onto the ground." I say "Consider it done." Kaylee says as she walks away she stops in her tracks and walks back to us she hands me a small device. "I'll let you know when their ready." she says "make sure that they're waiting by that wall over there." I say as I point to the wall opposite from us she just gives me a nod and makes her way through the crowd. " Tina that's where you come in when I tell you you're gonna shoot the largest ball of energy you can at that wall over there." I say. "I'll do my best." Is her reply I look to Amanda, I want supporting Delilah give her magic cast up a barrier I don't care how you do it just make sure that barrier holds till we get everyone out."
"Damn Antonio you are one sexy mother fucker when you take charge." I just let out a small laugh and shake my head. "Abby,Zack you two will be getting people into the corner over there." I point to second closet corner to where the hole is gonna be. "after that you're going to join Titan, Kyle and I at the center of the room we're going to be holding back anything else that comes our way." "alright as soon as Kaylee says that the vehicle's are in position we'll make our move...lets just hope they wait that long enough. We sit there and wait.

Suddenly a wall explodes as giant creature bust through the wall it's covered in black fur it's on all fours it has a lean muscular body and a narrow head it has huge grey eyes and stands about fifteen feet off the ground. I look up and see the were beast begin to drop. "Delilah!" She cast a huge purple barrier over the crowd it spans the entire length of the ceiling. Amanda places a hand on Delilah's shoulder, the crowd begins to panic. "Abby,Zack get this crowd under control." they both bolt out and begin to gather people, Everyone else we're going to cover that hole in the wall and take that thing down. Kyle's bow forms out of thin air and he takes aim and fires at the creature drawing its attention towards us. Titan forms his swords and flies at the creature, Tina begins to charge up ball of magic in her hand. I steel my resolve....really wish I had those gloves right now I charge towards the towering hulk when suddenly were beast begin to flood the room from the hole. Damn really wish we had some back up right about now. I just sigh and begin to tear through the monsters I look over to see that Kyle and Titan are holding their own. A purple barrier forms around us I look over to Tina and give her a thumbs up a claw nearly hits me but I block it than grab the creature's hand and break it than punch its face sending it flying into its fellow creatures knocking some of them over. I suddenly hear a howl of pain I look over to see that Titan has dug his blade into the large creature's throat he jerks his arm down and slices through its throat the creature falls over and bleeds to ****. I'm holding them off but their numbers are starting to overwhelm me I duck one claw dodge another one than block a third one I grab its claw and spin the beast around by the arm and fling it back into the group. "Antonio the transports are ready." I hear Kaylee say through the device. "Tina you're on." I yell, The barrier drops and she hurls a ball of magic at the wall opening a hole for the transports. "Hey guys think you can hold your own for a minute." I say Kyle shoots four down as they get close to me. "go we got you covered man." He says, I nod and run to where the crowd is. "Everyone listen up we're moving you over to the hole in the wall a transport is waiting outside ok people lets move!" Abby,Zack and I move the crowd through the war zone we kill any beast that gets in our way. I look over to Delilah and she her straining to hold the massive barrier. We make it to the hole were a massive transport has moved into the hole its doors open a man is standing there he starts helping people in. "How many people can you hold I ask him?" "three hundred we have four transports we're going to need about twenty minutes to load them all up." he replies. "you'll have it." I say.
