The Toon upgrade

While scrolling down the list of upgrades ranging from niche uses to completely uselessness, Samus saw something peculiar, "AI, what is the toon project ?", asked Samus, "That is a list of upgrades that was seized from a renowned researcher who went rouge and tried to misuse it, almost all records of the researcher and upgrades have been purged or lost", answered the computer as Samus opened the list in curiosity and see what records are left of the upgrade's effects from the researcher, which read more like crazed ramblings then a research report before she found a recording of said researcher, although their face has been blurred ,'They have no idea how powerful this device is ! , the old farts have no idea about this thing's capability of circumventing reality and the law of the universe, when this project is complete, I WILL CARVE MY NAME INTO THE UNIVERSE', "Well that's something, what is so special about this project that can drive a person to insanity ", asked Samus as she opened the project to see anything that's compatible with her zero suit, and what she finds is weird to say the least.
