Jack and Tracy sat in silence as the pair climbed into the car and started driving. Jack didn't know where he was going, but he hoped that it wasn't going to be too expensive.

Tracy seemed to know where she was going. Jack was grateful for that if she was being honest. He had driven hours to get here, so he didn't know where anything was.

Tracy was the one who broke the silence. "How does Italian sound?" Tracy said, without taking her eyes off the road.

"I hope it's not too expensive," Jack hoped. "I don't have a lot of money to pay."

"Don't worry, I'll cover the bill," Tracy said. A second later she added, "I'll pay regardless of what you end up doing. The fact that you are considering it is more than enough for me."

Jack waited a bit before responding. "If it was just me, I wouldn't even consider it. But I don't want to ruin your year because I didn't bother reading."

"I can always wait for someone else to be picked. Seriously, if you don't feel up for it, I'm sure the college will figure something out. If you want, I'll pay the premium for Scholarship Hall, so you can still stay in the dorm."

"Premium?" Jack looked at Tracy for the first time since getting in her car.

"Oh yeah! The school charges $100 a month to give people access to the stream. Staying in the dorm costs $1200 in addition to the normal fees."

As Tracy was talking, she pulled into Olive Garden. But we can talk about all this once we've ordered. They got out of the car, and the pair walked inside. As it was two in the afternoon, the restaurant was empty, except for the staff. It would be about as private as they could hope to be. The two were quickly seated and they sat next to each other.

The waitress introduced herself as Diana and asked if they were ready to order. Tracy ordered a Never-Ending Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks. Jack ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs with Chicken Gnocchi soup, with Tracy suggesting the soup choice. The server brought out a soup bowl soon after, but they waited in silence until Jack's pasta had been served. Tracy and Jack didn’t talk about the Scholarship until their food had been served.

Jack was halfway through his pasta when Tracy awkwardly broke the silence. "So, this is the pamphlet you were given but you ignored it."

Jack looked at it while Tracy slid it over to him. He was curious as to how he missed it, as it prominently displayed multiple naked people on the cover. The front flap of the pamphlet said "Welcome to the Human Sexuality Scholarship Program" on the front, with many naked people pictured to fill the rest of the space. Jack was officially intrigued and worried about what the pamphlet was going to tell him. There was only one way to find out.

Section A: Nudity

The goal of the Human Sexuality Program is to encourage a free and open sexuality experience throughout the college campus. Thus, the core pillar of the program has always been a requirement of full nudity at all times during your education at this school. Full nudity is defined as the following:

2) Socks and shoes may only be used when required for the activity that you are participating in, like rock wall climbing, or where there is a reasonable danger that may arise from you not having them on, like hiking or walking in the snow.

"What?" This part of the rules shocked Jack. "We're gonna be naked, even in the winter?"

"Of course!" Tracy said giddy with excitement.

"Won't we freeze being out in the cold?" A shiver coursed through his body. He wasn't sure if it was a shiver from fear or excitement.

"You look quite fit. You can probably run fast. Just get back inside before you freeze." Tracy smiled.

3) Masks, including face masks if you are sick, are allowed, but cannot be used to conceal your identity. Your upper face must remain visible.

Jack's first thought was that rule was a lot better than the first two, but an instant later, Jack realized that meant that there was no way to hide his identity. Everyone would know who he was at all times.

4) Towels are only allowed for drying off after a shower. Using one to cover yourself is strictly prohibited; if improper use of towels becomes an issue, your towels may be confiscated, and you will need to go to the RA when you require a towel for showering.

Great, so no using a towel to cover up after a shower. Jack cursed internally. Of fucking course they thought of that.

5) Body paint is allowed if it is not thick enough to conceal any body part that must remain uncovered.

As much as Jack wanted to avoid thinking about it, thoughts of Tracy in a body-paint bikini flooded into his mind. He tried to hide the fact that he kept thinking about Tracy naked, but his hard penis betrayed that fact. Luckily, his penis was under the table so she couldn't see it.

6) You will be issued a see-through poncho for use during rain. As the weather drops, you will be issued an overcoat for use while you are outside. "Great. At least they're not being completely unreasonable." Jack muttered to himself. "Only mostly." Jack rolled his eyes at the absurdity of it all. He wished that somewhere at the bottom of this pamphlet they were going to say that this was one big elaborate prank. Unfortunately, there didn't appear to be anything implying as such.

As Jack was finishing up the first section, the waitress came back with another bowl of soup for the both of them, as well as filling up their waters.

Section B: Scholarship Hall

1) For each year, two students are selected for the program (one male and one female) and they will live together in Scholarship Hall. All college expenses will be covered for the recipients, and the rooms will also be covered for three suitemates for each selected participant, although they will still pay tuition. The participants can pick the three suitemates however they desire.

"Suitemates?" Jack looked up from the paper to Tracy confused.

"Yeah, you already met one of my suitemates, Natalie," Tracy responded. "All three of them are going to stay in Suite FR-W, while your suitemates, once you pick them, will be in FR-E." Tracy could read the confusion on his face. "W and E stand for West and East."

"Wait, the building is shaped like a cross?" Jack blurted out, hardly believing it.

"Sure is, and we're at the very top of the cross," Tracy smirked. "Without us, the rest of the building would cease to function."

2) Other students living in Scholarship Hall pay a premium of $1200 to live there to cover the expenses of the scholarship. If a student wishes to visit Scholarship Hall, they can purchase a one-day pass or a week pass. All proceeds for purchased passes will go to keeping the Scholarship alive.

What did I get myself into? Jack asked, almost worried to continue. He was tempted to drop the program, but a voice in the back of his head told him to wait and see.

3) The participants must live in their designated room. The participants may close the door to their room at any time, but live cameras are recording inside the room 24/7, including the participant's bathroom which includes a shower stall and a sink. They are not required to use this bathroom for any reason, as there are bathrooms that are not recorded down the hall.

"What?" Jack screamed, causing the wait staff to look over at them for a second. Realizing his mistake, Jack went back to whispering. "We're going to be recorded naked all day every day?"

Tracy had been looking forward to this scholarship since she first applied. "Of course! That's why I applied in the first place."

4) Participants are not allowed to visit any dorm or dorm room that is not being recorded.

"So, if we want visitors, they need to visit us? Do they need to get naked as well?" Jack asked, confused about the wording of the rule.

"If they want to," Tracy said. "The laws allow anyone to get naked for any reason, but no one else is required to. Not even in our rooms."

5) There are massive televisions that can be used to view the participant's rooms. In addition, every student living in the Scholarship Hall has access to all live feeds of the room. Any student watching the feed may donate any amount of money to the participants to get them to do whatever they want. The participants may not agree to any suggestion, at which point the donation is reversed.

"Everyone will be able to watch us all the time? Even when we're sleeping!" Jack was shocked by how far this scholarship went.

"Not only that, but anyone can donate to us to have us do anything they want us to do," Tracy said full of excitement. "But, if there's something you don't want to do, just let me know and I'll reverse the donation." Tracy quickly added to make sure that Jack wouldn't feel pressured into doing anything that he didn't want to do.

6) The participants get to keep all donations that they fulfill. The money will go into a joint account that both participants have access to. If a donation isn't fulfilled immediately (within 30 minutes of getting the donation), the participants will coordinate with the donor to set up a time when the donor is available to watch. Any disputes will be settled by the RA.

Something clicked inside Jack's head, as Jack finally understood why people might accept the scholarship. Hell, he didn't hate the idea as much as he did when he started reading this. "So, how much are we expecting for tonight?" Jack asked as he looked up from the pamphlet.

"I've been told about at least $2,000 talking to people as they walked in. I'm guessing around $5,000 for the entire night. More if we're lucky."

"Five thousand in one night?"

Tracy leaned over the table and whispered in my ear. "We're making porn for people. People are willing to pay to get us to do what they want."

Jack was stunned. Five thousand in one night? That's just over $400 bucks an hour.

Tracy looked hopeful for the first time in the conversation. "So, you're in?"

7) Purposefully disrupting a camera's view will require the person who disrupted the camera to pay a fine of 25 cents per minute per camera view that is significantly disrupted. Purposefully destroying a camera counts as disrupting the camera and the fee will have to be paid until the camera is back online. The participant is additionally responsible for purchasing a new camera of comparable quality.

"What's that bit there for?" Jack asked after Tracy let him out of the hug.

"Well, the students are paying $1,200 bucks a year, plus whatever they decide to donate to watch us naked. The school wants to make sure that they get what they pay for."

"And we're the commodity being sold," Jack said as a matter of fact.

"You got it."

8) Stream recordings are strictly prohibited unless permitted by the participants. Distribution of the links to anyone who does not have access is also strictly forbidden. If you are caught violating these rules, you will be required to compensate the affected participants. The participants will have access to the records and can send out any portion of it that they desire. Possessing recordings or edits of recordings isn’t against the rules, as long as the participants allow you to have them.

"I'm planning on letting Natalie keep a record of the whole stream so we can edit together videos or highlight reels that we can show to the stream for anyone that missed anything," Tracy said.

"Editing?" Jack quirked his head.

"I'm planning to have weekly highlights of shenanigans that occur during the scholarship. Of course, they'd only be accessible to people who have access to the stream." Tracy said as a matter of fact. "Just so people who miss events live can catch up later."

A couple of seconds later, their waitress walked up, asking if we wanted anything else. Both Jack and Tracy asked for more soup, and Tracy asked if she could have another salad as well as Italian Doughnuts for dessert. While they waited for the server to bring the food back, Jack turned back to the last section of the pamphlet.

Section C: Outside the Hall

1) With nudity laws having been massively relaxed or outright reversed across the United States, you will not encounter any legal repercussions for going off campus completely nude. As such, the rules of this scholarship apply regardless of whether you are on campus or not.

All enthusiasm that was building in Jack just dropped out from under him. "Wait, I'm going to be naked everywhere I go for the next years of his life?"

"Yeah, that's how this works. Butt naked until we graduate." Tracy said.

"Oh," Jack thought of his Christian family. He had no clue how they would react when they found out that he was required to be naked. He didn't want to even think about the nightmare that Thanksgiving was going to be.

2) Your social life should remain the same as if you were not part of the program. As such, you are required to be part of the college community outside of Scholarship Hall. Your RAs will check in on you to make sure that you are part of the college community.

Great, Jack thought to himself. As if being watched in the room wasn't bad enough. I've got to be part of the college community outside the hall as well?

5) Since sexual harassment is a real concern when it comes to the Human Sexuality Scholarship Program, it is of vital importance to make crystal clear that sexual harassment is not allowed under any circumstance, whether you are the victim of it or not. Sexual harassment is simply defined as anything that violates someone's consent. While you are required to be naked, not everyone has to watch you be naked. If someone leaves or turns in the other direction, you are not allowed to follow them or **** them to look at you. On the other hand, you are not required to let other people touch you in unwanted ways. Contact your RA if you have persistent issues that need to be addressed.

6) If you decide for any reason after starting this program that you want to withdraw from the program, you are allowed to. Contact your RA to tell them that you are withdrawing from the program and your tuition will be prorated for the time frame that you were naked. After that point, you will be moved to a more private location and be given your clothes back. Once you withdraw from the program, you will not be accepted back in and the college will not cover your tuition in future. No one else can withdraw you from the program once you enter.

The last two sections of the rules seemed like rules that their lawyer prompted them to tack on the end in the case of a lawsuit.

After finishing the entirety of the pamphlet, Jack sat back in his seat, thinking. He was trying to convince himself, in some way, to not take this insane offer. It should honestly be easy, as this is insane, but Jack couldn't do it. He was too turned on by the prospect of everything that he would get to do as a result. For the next couple of years, Tracy would be ready, and probably willing, to fuck as much as he wanted.

Tracy didn't say anything as Jack's internal battle waged on, instead going back to the food that was at the table. They sat in silence as she ate and he was lost in thoughts. It was a few minutes later when the dessert came. Tracy offered Jack some of the Italian Doughnuts, breaking him away from his thoughts. Jack took one and dipped it into the Raspberry sauce.

"So, what do you think?" Tracy asked, hoping that she wasn't prying too much. "I completely understand if you turn down the Scholarship. It's your choice, after all, your life. You have to do what feels right to you."

"And what if the Scholarship is what feels right?" Jack asked, clearly still deep in thought.

Tracy's face lit up and her smile shined like the sun. "If it feels right, then it is right. Simple." After saying that, Tracy leaned over and kissed him on the lips. A long kiss that Jack wasn't prepared for. A kiss that he welcomed nevertheless. After a minute or so, Tracy broke the kiss off. "I'll help you fulfill any and all of those fantasies in the coming years. I'm willing to try anything."
