A wicked grin crept across Bill's face as he realized the implications. Clearly the Regenesis Tome had not only reshaped his body, but altered reality to accommodate his new endowments! Bill's closet had been restocked with a veritable lingerie boutique, all to facilitate his busty transformation.

"This is too good..." Bill purred, tossing the bra aside as a more tantalizing idea took shape. If the tome could so seamlessly remold the universe on a whim, why stop at simply acquiring breasts? Bill's fingers drifted to the leather-bound codex, already contemplating how else he could indulge his newfound power... but now… the cover changed. It now said “Version: 294”. Bill paid it no mind.

Flipping open the Regenesis Tome, Bill focused his thoughts on his mother. Sure enough, the pages rifled to an entry titled "Samantha Anderson". Bill scanned the passage, which described his caring but stern mother who wanted the best for her son Bill and daughter Gwen.

Bill's pencil hovered over the page as he added a single line: "Samantha is accepting and encouraging of Bill's promiscuous, exhibitionistic behavior involving his breasts."

With a thunderous WHUMP, the tome slammed closed and Bill felt reality lurch around him. He smirked, already imagining how his mother would react to his brazen new look. Tossing the book aside carelessly, Bill sauntered over to his dresser.

He rifled through the lingerie-stuffed drawers, eventually plucking out a skimpy black mesh crop-top. The sheer, web-like fabric would do little to conceal his fleshy new assets. Bill slipped it on, the stretchy material clinging tightly to his breasts and leaving his midriff bare. He gave the underboob-baring top an approving tug before turning on a heel and sashaying out into the hallway.
