It's Isis Love

Right when Tori and Charley were kissing is when someone knocks on the door only for Tori's mom to answer the door instead only to see Isis Love standing in front of her in her dominatrix outfit. That leads Isis to say "Bring me my subs so I can punish them for not greeting me at the door like I told Charley to do when she called me earlier."

That leads Tori's mom to say to the girls "Tori and Charley your dom is here and she looks pissed at both of you."
