Emily still refuses so you get an idea

You watch as Emily stands her ground and refuses to change her clothes. You get a spark of inspiration and decide to add a new rule:

"New Rule: The head of household is usually a man. If there is no father the eldest son is in charge. If there are only women, then the oldest is the head. Heads of households are legally documented. Heads of households generally have the final say in everything, and are permitted to use any kind of punishment as long as it doesn't have permanent negative effects."

You finish writing and close the book. Your parents were two lesbians, and you and your sister were conceived through a sperm donor. Your mom Claire (the one arguing with Emily right now) was your biological mom. Your other mom, Elaine, worked early, so she was likely already in her office.

"Michael, can you do something about Emily? I was busy cooking when Emily decided to throw a fit. You know the neighbors are coming over later and I have a lot of food to prepare!"

"Gladly mom, don't worry I'll make sure Emily doesn't cause any problems."

Emily makes a face and crosses her arms.

"What are YOU gonna do, huh?"

I smile and slowly approach her.

"Well, there was that new law about heads of households, and I was recently officially registered as our household's head."

Emily rolls her eyes and refuses to comply with the dress code.

"Last chance, or I'll have to punish you!"

Emily gives you a dirty look and decides to ignore you completely.

"Fine, have it your way. If you don't want to wear the new outfit, then you won't wear anything at all!"

You grab her clothes and early tear through them. You weren't super athletic, but you were above average in strength, and your sister's clothes were fairly thin to begin with. Emily shrieks and tries to stop you, but she was never very fit and couldn't do anything.

"Stop it! Okay okay, I'll wear the stupid new outfit!"

You smirk and finish tearing off her bra and panties.

"Like I said, you refused to comply when both our mother and I asked, so this is your punishment. Today, you'll go without anything at all."

Emily stares at you dumfounded.

"Y-You can't do that! Everyone will see me!"

"Everyone was going to see regardless thanks to the new outfits. Don't make me give you a spanking! Be quiet, eat breakfast and accept that you're going to school completely nude."

You can see Emily's heart sink as she slowly trudges over to the table and begins eating breakfast.

Once you finish, you both grab your bags and walk to school. Emily tries to use her bag to cover herself up, but you quickly put a stop to that and **** her to wear it normally and to walk with her hands at her sides. She turns red but complies, fearing you'd make her do something worse. She gets a lot of long stares on your way to school, but you get there without any incident.
