Unexpected guests

2 days later...

I woke up and today started pretty... Uneventful to be honest. As I mentioned before (in Chapter 1) I'm a graphic and web designer, I finished work for one of my clients, so today I just needed to sign a copyright agreement for them to use it, so I attended a meeting with them and we sealed the deal.

They were really nice, they even gave me some extra money on my payment (on top of the percentage of royalties), I guess I'm pretty good at convincing people.

Now that the work is done, maybe later I can train at The Watchtower.

Either way, I drove back to my home. I parked my car but then heard some noise inside my house. I then noticed the door is open "OH SHIT!" I can even see a green thing on the ground stopping the door from closing, it looks like a big... Plant vine?

I then prepare myself as I think "FUUUUUCK! Ok, C'mon Jason! Just do it!"

So I kick the door and I enter screaming this order "WHOEVER IS IN HERE! You better stop whatever you're doOIING!" I said as, to my surprise, the long plant vine grabbed me by the legs and pulled me upside down a few meters above the floor (it felt as if a giant green tentacle just picked me up).

I get scared as shit for a moment as I say "AH! WHAT THE FUCK!?" but then I hear the female voice of someone "Who are you!?"

Then I look and see a woman in front of me, it seems like she's the one who's controlling this vine. She has green skin, red hair, green eyes, and a pretty healthy-looking body. Her body has some thick curves while also being a bit slim. She's also wearing a dark green body suit with light green leggings. She also has some small vines wrapped around her arms and legs.

It seemed like she was ready to do something but thankfully my order stopped her.

But that's when I realized that I definitely seen her before, maybe in some news articles... is she... POISON IVY!? I then scream "Wait... WHAT THE HELL!? You-You're Poison Ivy!"

But then another female voice interrupts me by saying "Hey Mr. Hypnoz!"

I then look in front of me and see Harley Quinn walking towards us. It seemed like she was in my kitchen until she heard us make noise; she even finished eating one of my sandwiches as she walked over here.

Harley then tells Poison Ivy "Red, you should free him, he's the owner of this place." I then say "Yeah, SLOWLY get me down and let me go off this vine."

After I gave that order, Poison Ivy moved her hand and the long plant vine slowly got me down and freed me from its grip.

After ordering Poison Ivy to not make another giant plant vine grow from my garden into my house, I took her and Harley to my living room. I noticed they had their suitcases lying on the floor, they must've arrived at my house just before I arrived. Harley and Ivy sit on the couch while I sit on a chair.

I then ask Harley "So your... Girlfriend is Poison Ivy?" She then hugs Ivy's arm and says "Yeap... and she's the best." She then kisses her cheek and Ivy hugs her closer with her arm.

Ivy then looks at me with a serious expression and asks me "Harley told me that you offered us some protection and that we could hide in here, is that right?"

I then say "Well... Yeah, I should probably explain... I met Harley on a recent mission, and she told me that she and her girlfriend needed a place to stay; so I offered my guest room, that way I have people watching the house while I'm not here and my power should keep you both safe."

Ivy raises an eyebrow and asks me "And what exactly is this power?"

I then smile and tell her "You'll see, I have the incredible power of hypnosis, and I go by the alias of Hypnoz!" They both look at me and Ivy asks "Hypnoz?" Harley then adds "Yeah, I was also confused the first time I heard it." I just roll my eyes and think to myself "C'MON! IT'S A GOOD SUPERHERO NAME!".

Then Ivy says "Hmm, hypnosis... I guess that explains why I wasn't able to use my pheromones on you when we met." I get surprised and ask "Pheromones?"

Harley then explains "Yeah, Pammy has these weird pink pheromones that can control anyone who inhales them... Except me, because I'm the best." Ivy then looks at her and says "That and also I CHOSE to make you immune to them." Harley then shrugs it off and says "Meh... Who cares about the small details?"

I then blink twice and ask them "Wait, so if she would've used her pheromones on me..." Harley then says "Yeah, you would've been her mindless servant." After that, I order Poison Ivy "Don't you EVER try to use your pheromones or whatever to control me." She then shrugs it off and answers "Sure... Even then, I was just gonna use it because I didn't know who you were.

Hmmm... Maybe those pheromones could be useful in the future.

Poison Ivy then asks "But I just want to know, why are you helping us?" After she asked that, I thought to myself "Well... They're are under my hypnosis so I guess there's no harm in telling them."

I say well "Well... First because having someone experienced in combat protecting my house makes me feel safer, not to mention that it also lets me help you two in the process... But also... I had sex with Harley, so having you two around could be nice."

Poison Ivy opens her eyes wider for a moment before returning to her usual stare, thank god my power allows me to say shit like this to her face without her wanting to kill me.

Ivy then asks "So let me get this straight, you had sex with Harley and now you want us both to be your houseguards who you can have sex with..." I then say "That's a way to put it, but yes." Ivy then sighs and says "Ha... You're really a pervert, but... Logically speaking there's nothing we can do about it; well, at least we have a cleaner place than the last one."

I then asked, "Wait, what happened to your previous place?" Harley then says "Let's just say that we owed money to someone, but then when he and his friends visited us, they wanted more than what we agreed on, one thing led to another, ♫ I shot some of them, Ivy crushed the rest ♪, and I sent him flying through our window... And land on a car that was parked outside."

I then just stared at her and said "Okay, please don't destroy my house." Harley then replies "It was his fault!"

After that, we have a moment of silence until I ask "So how long do you ladies need to hide here for?" Harley then answers "Hmmm... Considering we just destroyed private property in our previous place... Probably for a while."

I then say "Okay but y'all are gonna need to work or something to get some money, especially for food; maybe I can hypnotize a restaurant to hire you because my job and stocks only pay so much..." But after I say that, Poison Ivy says "We already took care of that." As she points to the side.

I look at where she's pointing and there are 2 huge black bags filled to the brim. Harley stands up from the couch, opens one of the bags, and I see it filled with stacks of $100 bills.

My eyes open wide and I ask "Wha- WHAT!?" Ivy then explains "Let's just say that if someone tries to take OUR money, that makes it okay for us to take THEIR money."

I look at this and think to myself "How many people am I gonna need to hypnotize to pass this on my taxes?"

Then Ivy stands up from the couch, stretches a bit, and asks me "So where's the guest room?" I look at her, get distracted by her curves for a couple of seconds, and then I say "Oh yeah, follow me." I take them to their room.
