"Get to know me?" she says with a slight rise in her voice. "Uh, that'll be a bit difficult, don't you think?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean that I'm your teacher, Tim, I'd rather not do that, at least not as long as you're in my class. I hope you understand this." She has finished packing, shoulders her bag and walks past you toward the door. "I'm sorry."
