The Capital Wasteland, home to raiders who rape and pillage, sex slavers that will capture and enslave anyone who crosses them, the inhumanly fertile super mutants, and all manner of other monsters and creeps lurking in the dark. Of course there is also the brotherhood of steel with their sex toy loaded power armour bringing sexual freedom and liberty to the wasteland. While their outcast brothers and sisters try to keep to their original oath and recover the technology of old such as lost sex toys and heat inducing or transforming chemicals rather than sharing it with the wastes like the sect they broke off from. Lurking about is also the Enclave with their ideas of purity and chastity for themselves along with their plan to free the wasteland of worries by making them all into mindless sex toys.

Of course there are also the everyday people. Such as those in Megaton, home to a religious order around a bomb that leaks radioactive aphrodisiacs. Those living in Rivet City, a settlement built upon an old US navy ship said to be performing experimental sex cultural warfare during the Great War. What of the many Vault Dwellers, those born in the vaults of the wasteland living underground and being part of some grand sexual experiment put together by some of the smartest perverts of the old world? There are countless other little settlements, trading caravans and even tribes or smaller factions out there. There are only a few important questions left to answer.
