Invite her to eat something with you.

"Hey, Lera," you say with a cheeky grin.

"Hm?"

"Do you want to go get something to eat?"

"What did you have in mind?"

"I don't know... Something off the ground."

Her face has that permanent smile on it.

"Alright, just let me get my things and we can go."

It's a pretty long walk to the restaurant, but not too bad. You don't feel hungry at all, but then you haven't eaten all day so your energy is zapping pretty fast.

"Why are we going all the way to the other side of the city?" she asks.

"I don't know, why not? It's not like we have anything better to do."

"...I guess so."

On the other side of the city, you stop in front of a small restaurant. You look at Lera.

"This is it."

"It doesn't look very fancy."

"It isn't."

The two of you walk inside and find a small table for two in the corner. The waiter comes up and you ask what they have to offer today.

"We have stew today, with potatoes and carrots. Or we have chicken today, with noodles. Or we have salad today, with ranch dressing."

"I'll have the chicken then."

"I'll have the stew."

You give the waiter your order and he walks off to get your drinks. Lera takes out a notebook and writes something down.

"...You're writing in your notebook?"

"Yeah, it's a routine I have."

"What do you mean, you have a routine?"

"I basically just... I don't know, write down different routines I come across. See if they work, change stuff to make them better. You have any routines you've created?"

"Not really."

"Really? You should think about creating some. They could be really helpful."

"I guess I just haven't really needed to."

You think for a moment.

"How about this. You have a routine for every day of the week, right?"

"Yeah, I do."

You "But not everything us included in it?"

"What do you mean?"

"Just that, just what I said. How about you have a routine for every day that you train. Include everything you do. See what works and what doesn't. But does those include also all of your free time?"

She thinks for a moment.

"Yeah, they do."
