Negotiation time

"As we discussed earlier, the standard rate for the talent is 30%, however, given the unprecedented earnings of that performance and the almost unparalleled talent you girls possess, I'd be willing to bump that up to 35%. Based on the amount you two earned, that would be roughly $5000. And keep in mind that's for a one hour performance. Next time we can get you doing private shows before and after where you can make a killing."

"How about 50%?" You ask bluntly.

"50%?! Are you out of your mind?!" Jason exclaims.

"Well, you've been working this out as if they were just one person, but really you're paying for two performers. I think 50% is fair given that split between the two of them it's only 25% each."

Jason chuckles before answering. "Yes, yes, two people but one performance. That's what counts. In the past double acts are paid the standard 30 to share."

"Ok well how about 50% and we can organise a date for their next performance right here right now." You say.

Jason takes a moment to think on this offer. It's clear that he hadn't even considered the possibility of you not wanting to have the twins return for another show, considering he's used to dealing with girls who make their livelihood here, unlike you and the twins who are already quite well off.

"Tell you what. We can pick a date right now and I'll give you the 50%, so long as the twins blow me while we do it. Together, at the same time. And to completion." Jason looks at you with his hand held out, ready to shake on it.
