Rebekah

John decided to call Rebekah since he figured she was the best choice. But before he could pull out the phone, he spotted her in the lounge. She was sitting in one of the comfortable chairs. By the way her body was shaking and her face in her hands, he guessed that she was crying.

There was only one reason she would be crying. She knew that her boyfriend, Brad, was gone.

"Rebekah?" John said as he walked over to her. She straightened up and immediately he knew that he was right. There were tear streaks on her face and more tears were forming.

"You know?" she asked softly. John nodded. "We were supposed to have plans tonight. Tonight, he was going to treat me to a nice, romantic dinner and then..." she trailed off, her face going red.

"And then what?"
