Call home

John decided to call home and talk to his dad. He knew his dad was taking a week off of work for needed vacation. Maybe he could shed some light on the situation.

He took out his cell phone and dialed home. The phone rang for a few minutes, but nobody came to answer it. The sickening feeling intensified. He knew his mom was at work. Maybe his dad was just in the bathroom and couldn't answer the phone.

John hung up, waited a few minutes, and tried calling again. Once again, there was no answer after a few minutes. He hung up, and tried again for a third time. Same result.

He still had to have proof, but he was pretty sure of one thing. All the men, except him, have disappeared.

But he still needed proof, and John had an idea of where to get the proof.
