“I’m sorry,” Patricia said. “But we have to talk about this hairy brown bush hahaha. Carol, last time you said you thought it was Kathy. What do you think now?”
Carol gulped she knew that she had to correct her accusation. “I-I think that I was w-wrong to accuse Kathy o-of having a bushy brown crotch,” Carol said. “I-it could be anyone.”
“Wow,” Sharon said. “That’s certainly a 180. I mean you said that it had to be Kathy because she’s the only one with brown hair. Or at least that shade. So why the sudden change? Is it because you feel scared of how she’s going to react when she’s sitting right there? Come on, Carol. You can tell the truth. Who do you think the bush belongs to?”
Carol squirmed. She couldn’t believe she was in such a predicament. She gazed at Kathy who had a big grin on her face. She knew the truth. She could easily expose the truth to all of them. Carol whimpered. “P-please…”
“Answer the question, Carol,” Kathy said. “Tell them who you think has the brown bush.”
Kathy whispered. “And if you don’t tell the truth, I will…”
Carol’s eyes bulged. She felt Kathy reaching for her skirt. Oh God… Kathy was going to tell them. Carol had to do something.
