Every hole at once

A deluge of balls, rapid-fire, thrown by Anne one after the other. Hot tamale. Cold fish. Heartbreaker. Casanova. Wet blanket. Cuddle bunny. Wild ride. Pussy eater. She stood back with a proud grin on her face, expecting to see the show of a lifetime.

Instead, she heard a few mechanical groans. There was a shower of sparks from the base of the machine, a puff of steam, and the buzzing saddles fell still.

"What?" she said, frowning. "Hey, that's not fair! I paid for this!"

Bonnie and Susie were straining against their bonds, which seemed to be loosening. Could they somehow be part of the machine itself? It didn't make sense, but then a lot of things around here didn't make sense. Anyway, the important part was it wasn't fair.

She glanced around, looking for somebody to complain to, and saw a pair of burly tattooed women standing off to the side of the carnival booth, tinkering with what looked to be a control panel. "Hey," she said, marching over to them and planting her hands on her hips in a huff. "What the hell is going on around here? I landed a ball in every hole of your stupid machine, and now the stupid thing won't work."

"You break game?"

"I didn't break it. Look, they're getting away!" It was true. Susie had almost entirely worked herself free of the straps and was hastily wriggling down off the saddle, to the general disappointment of the audience. Bonnie was taking only a little longer. "Fix it! It's your job!"

"You break game," said the first tattooed woman, placing a hand on Anne-Marie's shoulders. "You become game."

"Uh... what does that mean?"

"Why everyone so confused today? Is because I talk like Hulk, even though am sexy girl? They no understand either."

"They no understand what? What are you talking about?"

"They break game. They become game. You break game. Now you become game."

"Oh, wait. I understand perfectly."

"Good."
