Abby Continues

Abby glanced at the rules, double-checking that blue spaces only change your outfit. If that was true, she really had nothing to risk besides losing her favorite pair of jeans. "I continue."

The card burst into flames, and Abby's t-shirt morphed into a tank-top and jacket, while her jeans morphed into a pair of shorts which accentuated her defined legs nicely. Abby was a fairly good runner, being on the cross-country team, but she had only joined it to stay in shape, not to compete competitively.

Nevertheless, she was the most active in the friend group, although Finn now had the best build. With her changes being pretty minor, she looked over to Lily, who still seemed shaken up.

"Are you okay, Lily?", she asked. "Yeah, I'm good. I mean, I had always wanted to try losing weight, but it's weird moving around in a body that feels so different. I guess my biggest problem is explaining it to my parents. I'll have to wear baggy clothes and act like I'm dieting, because there is no way they'll believe this game is magic."

This statement got everyone thinking. In their excitement to play the game, they hadn't fully processed the fact that the game was not only magic, but could have some major effects on their lives.
