10. One last student visit: Nina Halloran

Toward the end of your day, you hear a knock at your door.

“Come in.”

Slipping through the door is a welcome sight: Nina Halloran.

“Hi Mr. Spear… You said you wanted to talk to me after detention? It’s, um, my free.”

“Good.” You smile, “I did. Why don’t you come kneel over here and be a good girl and let me do the talking?”
