Salem told me we were about to have company in plenty of time for us to get straightened up and she used her 'Semblance' to clean us up as well. We went back to our seats on the mossy rubble in time to see the two women enter the ruins.

I'd gotten a good look at Willow earlier, the only difference now was the coiled chain whip on her belt. Odd, I figured her for a sword like her daughters. This was however my first good look at Summer since she had the hood of her white cloak back to show the black and gold rifle slung over one shoulder. Interestingly she could almost pass for Ruby's twin sister, almost the same dress even. The differences were there though subtle.

As they came forward I heard Salem gasp and mutter "So the Gods play even more games with us."

"What was that?" I asked.

"Oh, nothing." She told me. "The day just gets more and more delicious." So I guess Salem did recognize Summer then. I thought Team CoUGaR was supposed to obscure things but they all had kept their memories and Summer did die at Salem's hand.

"Welcome ladies." I said, standing to great them. "That makes you third and fourth to get here. I'd love to have you both on our team." They both looked flattered at my invitation, probably In Control at work.

Then Salem stepped up next to me causing the two of them to look up at her. "Willow. Summer." She greeted them by name. Do not fuck this up Salem or so help me I'll spank you...

"Do I know you?" Willow seemed perplexed, and not nearly as haughty as one would expect from her daughter's behavior. Maybe memories of being an estranged lush had mellowed her?

"You do seem familiar." Summer said. She definitely had some of Ruby's playfulness in her voice, but there was also a edge like steel.

"We met some time ago." Salem told Summer. "In another life one might say. But not you." She told Willow. "You I know only by reputation."

"Interesting." Was Summer's response. Then she looked to me. "And you two are partners?"

"She's been nothing but gracious to me since we met, I couldn't ask for a better partner. I'd be delighted for the four of us to work together though." I tried to give her a winning smile with all the **** of In Control behind it I could muster.

"Well I think staying close is an excellent idea." She nodded to Willow who seemed lost. I was wondering just how much Summer remembered confused myself by that point. Willow raised a hand and with a gesture a small black glyph formed by it then the second black queen flew into her hand from across the ruins.

We made for an interesting picture on our walk back with one white haired woman a head taller than me and another with dark red near a head shorter. Willow matched my height at least and took my arm on the other side from Salem almost by habit it seemed. We didn't encounter a single Grimm on our way back to the cliff either. Shocking.

Ozpin had called us up to the podium first, which shouldn't have caught me off guard having been the first team back and in a record time Glynda had told us. I wasn't really shocked to be named Team leader of JWSS since I figured In Command might cause that. Everyone on the team seemed to expect it as well and Salem gave he a huge hug that I couldn't get enough of. Her and Summer kept giving each other side eye a lot though. I'd really have to do something about that.

Both Summer and Willow cheered quite loudly when team RWBY was announced later. If Willow was disappointed to to see Weiss not named team leader she didn't show it. She actually seemed rather passive come to think of it. Maybe I'd have to do something about that as well. At least being made 18 again had seemed to cure her alcoholism.

After the ceremony we mixed and mingled. Of course we had to talk to team RWBY. Summer gushed over her daughters getting to be together on their team and introduced the rest of us. Yang actually started flirting with me before I even got a chance to open my mouth so that was a thing. I'd definitely have to make sure Summer was past caring before pursuing it though.

The way Blake was looking at Salem I think she thought the big woman was a Faunus but of course neither one said anything about it. I really wasn't sure how exactly Faunus could tell each other from humans but then Salem's canines looked plenty pointy.

I made sure to talk up team JNPR as well, giving Pyrrah yet another saucy wink. The blush lasted longer this time. Of course I made sure to stay near her for the rest of the event to maximize the horny my presence caused her because of her recent pregnancy.
