The Guests Arrive !

Julie felt trapped. There seemed less and less chance of shaking off the attentions of Agnes and Agatha as the humiliations piled up. And with all the material they now had, their hold over her got ever stronger. Now some new people were going to witness her degradation here in her own home. All too soon the doorbell rang. The twins had not yet ordered the takeaways, so it could only be the guests, whoever they were. Please don't let it be who I think it is Julie prayed, remembering the clues from the overheard phone conversation. "What are you waiting for ?" Agnes cried. "Go and welcome your guests." Dressed as she was in only the training bra and childish panties, Julie walked to her doom.

"Oh my god, Julie, look at you ! Lisa, you weren't lying" gushed Fiona. "Why would I lie ?" laughed Julie. "Though I must admit I didn't quite believe that they kept her like this all the time" she laughed. Julie's worst fears were realized and then some. She had thought it might be Lisa after the encounter at the checkout. And she'd brought along her idiot friend Fiona, someone else to witness and spread her shame. But worse by far was to see, hovering behind them, her biggest rival from high school. "Aren't you going to say hello to Helen" goaded Lisa.

Fight or flight ? The fight had gone out of Julie. Her instinct was flight upstairs to her room but the twins were looming up behind her. She was a full grown 24 year old woman for goodness sake. She should be able to assert herself. How had she become plunged back into this nightmare of high school rivalries ?

"Cat got your tongue ?" said Agnes from behind her. "Aren't you going to greet your guests properly and ask them in ?" Julie scowled. "Er, you'd better come in" she said, reluctantly standing aside to let the three grinning newcomers in. "I do apologize for Julie's rudeness" said Agatha. "She's already due a punishment as you will see but if she's not careful, it's going to be much worse" she continued ominously. "She always was trouble at school" lied Lisa. "I can quite believe it" agreed Agatha. "Come on through to the living room, you have to tell me all about this pageant you mentioned !"
