9. Elena Breckenridge is also chaperoning…

When you make it to the gym, you take stock of the other chaperones. You see Elena Breckenridge, the chemistry teacher, in her typical 50s inspired garb taking tickets as the students file in. You smile at her as you enter. You think about your encounter with her and Marie and you wonder if you can convince her to slip away.

A little later on she sidles up next to you. “How bored are you?”

“Oh very.” You chuckle. “Of course we could find a closet and make the night a lot more interesting.”

“I like the way you think,” she laughs, “I’d love to play hooky from chaperoning.”

“Then why don’t we. Go to the locker room and I’ll meet you there in a few minutes.”
