While you are confident in your plans to overthrow admin Mars, you decide it may be within your better interests to get a better idea of her schemes. Instead you opt to break in to her headquarters while she is out and about. As you make your way in under the cover of night you manage to find a notebook titled "Project Galatilust" on her desk. Thinking about this to be her most recent of schemes you decide to appropriate the book before she can make it back. Thankfully it seems Leader Cyrus has called for a meeting with all the admins. Best case is she won't be back for another few days.
As you make it back to your quarters, you hop onto your bed and begin to peer through the book. The first few drawings appear to be various sketches of psychic typed pokemon that appear to be holding some small chain adorned with three rubies. After a few pages deeper you find the schematics for said chain, labeled "The lusting chain." While the schematics seem to be for just an ordinary piece of jewelry, you then noticed that each of the gems are named "Rubies of emotion." Perplexed by these gems you take a look further into your admin's notes to see what she is creating. Before long you are greeted by the first paragraph of actual scheme details.
"In the past Leader Cyrus had planned to rebuild our universe by using the gems of Mespirit, Azelf, and Uxie to manipulate the keepers of time and space Dialga and Palkia to do his bidding. A phenomenal plan, but to long winded. The true key to changing our universe is not to just claim cosmic power straight forward, but to instead build up to it. In Team Galatic's weakened state of moral thanks to the rise of Sinnoh newest champion (That Littleroot Town twerp Dawn Demington) It is within our best interests to try and keep a low profile. But with rumors of Mespirit, the emotion pokemon, relocated to the meadows of Flomaroma Town I can not miss my chance. With the pokemon's abillity to manipulate the emotions of others, I should be able to harness that power from it's psychic rubies. Once properly crafted into this silver chain, I can successfully boost the hypnotic powers of any psychic pokemon of my choice. Then I can use this power to have Flomaroma Town enjoy a road submission to my very heels. Soon an entire town will be in our control. Soon They will once more feel the power of our galactic might."

Instead you shall go into Flomaroma meadows yourself, and find Mespirit to help empower your own hypnotic schemes. In time you will bring Mars down to your own heels.
