Running late

Megan emerged from the bathroom. She'd just showered and blow dried her hair. She hurried over to the vanity mirror to do her makeup. She was running late, and today was the big festival in downtown! The streets would be closed and there would be vendors and even a parade! She was thrilled: what an exciting adventure! Just what she was looking for!

After her hair and makeup were done Megan stepped into her nice sparkly heels and headed towards the door. The question is, did she remember to get dressed before she goes?
