Bathhouse Visit

After a quick meeting in the cafeteria, it was decided that everyone should try and look for a way out of this school and started searching various places.

Makoto saw Kyoko make her way over to the bathhouse and remembered her action. He was still unsure what would happen when he did make her head wet but if it would delay the killing game, he was ready to do so.

“Hey Kyoko”, he called out to her, “Can I help you in your investigation?”, Kyoko did not shift her eyes from the washing machines she was investigating and simply replied, “Sure, go ahead”. It was clear to Makoto that she wasn’t very communicative and that when she was focused on something, it was very hard, nearly impossible to distract her.

However, Makoto figured that it might work to his advantage. He went inside the bath with the guise of investigating, and picked up some water in his palm. He returned to Kyoko, who was still busy investigating the machines. He nervously started to walk towards Kyoko. He was glad that he started out with this action, cause if Monokuma was just messing with him, he can simply pass off this action as a prank.

When Makoto got close enough, he released the water in his palm on Kyoko’s head. “Ah!” Kyoko reacted as she felt the impact of the water. Makoto stood silently for a few seconds, convincing himself that he would need to apologize to Kyoko. But soon Kyoko stood up and said in a more monotone voice than usual “Action Successful! Passive trigger unlocked: Apprentice Role! Cleanup time: Three minutes”

Makoto just stood there for a few moments, trying to process what just happened. Makoto recalled the rules he read earlier and remembered that people will zone out for some time after an action happened and that they will forget it taking place.

Makoto quickly looked at his handbook to see Kyoko’s action had changed.

‘What even is this action’, was all that Makoto could think. In the one minute that he had left, he thought that he should check up on her trigger.

Kyoko Kirigiri Triggers:

• Apprentice Role (Passive): She will consider you her superior and herself your apprentice who is under your training. She respects you more than anyone else and will take any advice on how to get better {No matter how silly it is ; ) }

It took Makoto a few seconds to even comprehend that. He was only awakened from his thoughts when he heard Kyoko say, “Makoto”.
