Mini skirt with no panties

You got out of the shower and you went over to your dresser, you did not want to be late for school or the bus. So you quickly got dressed and put on something you found. You put on a mini skirt, with a white shirt and some shoes and socks, what you forgot to wear were some panties or anything under your miniskirt, that did not cover much and it was a windy day outside.
