What's one more?

Sam took a bite of his burger as he watched the now corpulent cashier waddle her way towards a table. Sam watched as each step caused her enormous belly to jiggle. The ripple would move through her body as she would take another step causing the reaction to repeat. Sam couldn't help but think,"How can she support herself at that weight?" As he took another bite of his burger. Thinking about how big Dr. Ling got, Sam wondered if others could also grow to that size. Putting his burger down, Sam watched as the cashier neared the table closest to the burger place. Picking up the phone once more Sam snapped another picture.

Her belly which had kept Sam entranced and it wriggled and jiggled about grew even fatter. Looking around Sam wondered how nobody seemed to think the now absolutely enormous woman was normal. Her waddle slowed once again Sam had time to decide if he would take another picture before she was finally seated.
