Flawlessly

Valerie quietly ran to the stage entrance, right as the presenter was concluding the Q&A session after their presentation. Before the stage assistant could see her, she slipped in between the curtains, hiding her naked body behind them.

After a brief round of applause, the presenter walked off the entrance. He didn't notice her as he walked past. She breathed a sigh of relief.

"Uh, Miss Valerie?", called out the assistant, standing right off the stage. "Are you there?"

She poked her head out of the curtains. "Yes, I'm here."

"Your presentation is loaded on the computer. Just press the begin slideshow button and you're good to go."

"Great!", she smiled. "Uh, listen, it has been a long event, hasn't it? You must be tired. Why don't you take off early? Don't worry about my presentation, I'll handle it from here."

The assistant breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you so much!", she said, taking off her cap. "I need a cigarette so bad." She thanked Valerie once more as she left the stage, without even a single look back.

Perfect, thought Valerie. Any second now, the lights would turn off. That would be her cue.

As if reading her mind, the stage went dark at exactly that moment. She quickly walked to the podium, hiding her body behind it. She breathed a sigh of relief. Normally, she wasn't a fan of its design - a large, rectangular box with a microphone and the org's logo in front. Today however, it was a lifesaver. She was confident her nude body was well hidden behind it.

The lights came on, and the audience greeted her with a smattering of applause. She began her presentation, confidently going over the talking points. The audience responded well to the figures she presented, and as the presentation went on, she grew in confidence. By the time the presentation ended, she was greeted with a rapturous applause - a rare feat for departmental presentations.

"And that will be all.", she concluded. "Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for attending this presentation."

She smiled. This was certainly going to be a landmark moment for her career. Now all she had to do was to wait for the lights to go out, and nobody would be any wiser that her entire presentation was delivered in the nude.
