John Jones is an agent in Hollywood who just received news. His client, a famous female celeb, has just come down with Absolute Gullibility Syndrome, or AGS. Since she had to effectively quarantine, it was up to John to look after her so that she didn't spread the disease to others.

But John had always had fucked up, twisted fantasies of his client. Fantasies that AGS could make come true.
