Evan suggests issuing him a challenge!

"Challenge him to a two out of three falls amateur wrestling match and if he loses he has to be bred on live TV! That way he can't weasel out of it."

"And how do you suggest I get his attention?"

"I'll send him an anonymous email threatening to expose the deal he has with the Mayor to our Government, that'll get his attention, I'll add a photo of your naked torso and fully erect breeding stick, with the dare on it as well."

"What if he asks what my forfeit is?"

"He can't, not with the threat of exposure in the air..."

You then have an idea, a way to guarantee victory.

"Evan, can you come up with a gel that I can shower with that will activate when I get hot and sweaty that pumps out enough pheromones for him to lose focus and have it be permanent?"

Evan thinks for all of two seconds before telling you that he can make that, praising you for your cunning.

Two weeks pass and Evan calls you to his house, he gives you the shower gel and tells you that he sent the email and got a response within a couple of minutes confirming the match. You smile as Evan shows you the response with the match set for three days time.
