Be careful for now...

For the whole lunch, you remain rather silent and just listen to what Casey has to say. All three of you are popular girls, good looking and influential, so lunch is more like Casey holding court with a dozen other students, talking and gossipping. This early in your time as freshmen you are still looking for friends, studying buddies, and comparing interests. You already know that Casey has little interest for computer games, none for role-playing games and that she hates to watch ball games.

So. Nope, despite her glorious body, she was never a cheerleader, and thinks they are ditzy. You suppress a smirk. Tough talk. You know for a fact that Casey is a hardcore exhibitionist, wearing only underwear below her big fur coat. She's also big on all sorts of water sports, and one can't stop her talking about surfing, when the topic ever comes up.

But right now, she prattles on about her Daddy's company. She plans to first become head of either the legal department or HR. And then claw her way up, to replace Daddy when he retires to the board of trustees.

As you leave your seat after the meal, Casey once more repeats her favorite sentence about getting what she wants. And you realize what you have done. You try to remember how you wished it in class... oh shit. You wanted to avoid trouble with the green-bearded professor, but your wish was not specific enough. You just made it so that Casey will always get her way. Sure, you let her have her way before, but the wish makes sure of it. And you can't even take it back!

So here you are, you have just spooned from a big bowl of fish soup while the others had either steak or chicken for lunch, and crunchy salads and frites with that. Oh, the soup was tasty, and finely purreed, but it is YOU now forever stuck with liquid food. Because of HER Dads's business.
