The Drones Answer

"We are better than human," the drone that had been Tonya Wong said. Lois Lane could hear the words a moment before they were spoken, as though they echoed in her skull.

"No more pain," the drone that had been Jenny Dunlap said.

"No more disappointment," the drone that had been Mara de la Cruz said.

"No more imperfection," the done that had been Diana Reynolds said.

"We are one. We are perfect cunts. Always wet, always ready for him. You will be a perfect cunt too, Cunt Prime," the four drones spoke in unison now, and Lois Lane's body spasmed as the static seemed to fill her head. Red droplets of blood oozed from the reporter's nostrils, eyes, and ears.

They held her down. Eight hands. Forty fingers. Forty needle-tips dug into the reporter's skin, and Lois felt the itch and burn as the nanites poured into her body, to remake her.

"Brainiac is our master. Brainiac is love. We are remade into his image. We are remade for him. We are a part of him, and he is a part of us. Our cunts are his. Our bodies are his. Our minds are his...."

The drones had fallen into a familiar repetition, a mantra, the same words recited over and over...and Lois began to understand that this had been a part of their transformation too. Mental conditioning. Programming. Brainiac treating them like smartphones that had to be jailbroken. Made a part of his network.

As the green stain spread over her arms and legs, down her chest from her heavier breasts, circuits coming together beneath her skin...Lois Lane caught flashes of vision from the four drones. Saw herself through their eyes. Felt their hands hold her down. Their voices, one voice, over and over in her head. So that Lois unconsciously found her own mouth move in unison to say...
