New house rules

"So, let's come up with a set of out of the house rules. We can't have her walking around outside calling us Mistress and Master. She will also have to be able to speak to anyone without dropping to her knees." I laughed.

Sally looked at me and chuckled. "That might be easier said than done." She answered.

We sat there and discussed it for a few minutes before we called Cassie back in the dining room. Cassie walked out of her room. She was dressed in a simple jean skirt the buttoned up the front. It came to about two inches above the knee. Her blouse was a pink scoop neck sweater that fit her perfectly. The first thing I notice was her blush. She didn't look either of us in the eyes and kept her head lowered.

"Why are you blushing?" I asked her.

"Master, I wasn't sure how to dress. I've never been allowed to dress in regular clothes before." She said quietly.

"Well you're going out today and this is how you dress when going out." I stated matter of factly.

Carrie nodded but kept her head down.

"Now we're going to give you some new rules. These rules are in addition to your other rules. You will be expected to memorize these also." I began.

"Number one is I am still the Master and you are my ****. Ms. Sally here is my submissive and she is also your Mistress. You will obey her as you do me. Do you understand"

"Yes Master, Ms. Sally is my Mistress and I will obey her." Cassie said clearly.

Number two, when you are outside the apartment you will address us as sir or ma'am when we are around others, unless we tell you differently. We will direct you how to address us at that time. Clear?"

"Yes Master," She answered again but I could see a bit of confusion in her face.

"Number three, when told you are leaving the apartment you will be fully dressed, including bra and panties. Unless otherwise told you will dress in normal clothes. There will be no slut clothes outside the apartment unless we say differently. As I told you before, I will not tolerate you embarrassing us in public." I continued.

"Number four, you will obey only Mistress or me when outside the apartment, no exceptions." I paused.

"Number five, you will not kneel unless told.

Number six, when you speak to anyone, you will address them as Mister or Miss. You will speak in the first person and never refer to yourself as ****, slut, or anything else but Carrie."

I stopped and looked at Sally. She gave me a slight nod. I looked at Carrie and asked. "Do you have any questions?"

"Master, why? I am a ****. Are you going to sell me?" She asked and for the first time I could see fear in her eyes.

"No ****, I won't be selling you, but you will not be held prisoner any longer. I want you to be a functioning person. Your duties are no longer just sex or servicing other persons. That is all you need to know for now." I answered, and looked at Sally again.

"Do you have anything to add." I asked Sally and realized I didn't know what to call her.

"No Master, I think you have covered everything for now." Sally answered and lowered her head.

"Okay ****, Ms. Sally here is taking you to the store today to get supplies. You will obey her and offer any suggestions for things you might have forgotten off your list. All the new rules are in effect." I finished.

"M-M-Master?" She asked.

"Yes ****,"

"I did not put on panties or a bra. I'm sorry Master I didn't know." She pleaded.

"Go put some on and be quick." I barked.

Carrie almost ran to her room and at most a minute later she returned nodded.

"Okay I have to go to work today, you and Mistress will go to the store. When you return, you will put away everything you purchased. Mistress has other things to do this afternoon. When you are done, go to your room and wait until it's time to fix dinner." I said looking directly at Carrie.

"Yes, Master I understand." She answered.

I stood and walked out the door. I hadn't been at work of a couple of days and I need to go back. I knew sally would be able to take care of things.
