Dream takes a bad turn

Just because Lauren was dreaming, didn't necessarily make things better. For example, in dreams thoughts could become real, and Lauren had very negative, insecure thoughts about her body. So, when she looked down at herself her appearance changed and matched her insecurities. Her breasts went from small to comically tiny. They had been lemon sized, now they were little tear drop kiwis topped with pink perky nipples.

That wasn't all. As her breasts shriveled her stomach grew and softened, going from a slight belly to a droopy gut. Her short, stumpy legs became chunkier, and her butt went from big to comically oversized.

All this happened while Lauren stood naked at school, exposed to everyone!
