Dinner time

You arrived at the cafeteria and saw that there were to groups of boys but you did not feel comfortable with that yet so you sat at a table by yourself, soon dinner was brought out on carts from the Chefs, the food reminded you of the food from your own schools cafeteria and honestly did not look that appealing but you had not eaten in a while so you accepted it anyways

As you began toi dig in you overheard one of the groups of boys talking “Yeah i heard they moved stan to the pens after that incident he pulled” one boy said

“Well he had it coming after that, i mean he bit down at a feeding hole” another replied

“Well he was practically **** onto the feeding hole, i mean you should have seen how they were looking at him earlier in the day, but now that hes gone i think they are going to devote more of there attention to us or maybe that new kid”

None of what they were saying really made any sense to you but you decided to keep listening, “so do you guys really think the pens are as bad as they say they are?”

“Well my aunt used to work at a Pen in another city and she always said that she loved being there and that she would have kept working there if it wasnt for… well she just said modern rights. My guess is its not that bad they just want to make it seem bad so we behave well”

“No they are terrible im sure of it, well at least i think im sure of it, honestly i wish they would just tell us what the pens were instead of just saying its where will be moved to, like why wont they tell us” the boys at the table seemed to agree with that remark but none of them had the balls to find out

You had finished eating and began to mvoe your tray to where the dishes were, on your way there you saw a boy at one of those holes you saw yesterday, it was far away so you could not depict what he was doing but based on his head movements of going back and forth and back and forth you assumed he was trying to peak into the staff room. You walked out into the hall tired and wanting to spend the rest of the night in your room but you also did want to hear what Miss Press had to say, which do you decide to do?
