Waluigi

Waluigi had been around for so many years, yet, he was never really acknowledged by the Hands. To them he was merely a trophy to be used by the other fighters. A tool to be used. While more and more fighters came from an ever expanding world, his hopes kept falling more and more.

The final nail in the coffin for him, when that blasted piranha plant was allowed to be a fighter. It just wasn't fair. It should have been me, not him. That's when Waluigi decided it was time to take matters into his own hands. He wouldn't wait now for a hand out, he would take it.

Numerous worlds had the technology and magic to do what he needed. The ability to steal a body. It didn't take much effort to acquire it surprisingly enough. Now all he needed was to find the perfect candidate.
