Lara: 9. Your first patient is there already

You enter your office waiting room to see Lara behind her desk. You see she’s chosen to wear a shift dress today and her nipples are already showing through. Also sitting in your waiting room is a new patient. You’ll have to figure out who exactly this new patient is later. Right now you feel a stirring between your legs at the sight of your assistant.

“Lara, could we speak for a moment? I want to be sure I’m ready for the day.”
