(("The installation crew has just arrived, Melfina, Dorothy."))

Melfina smiled. "Well that's certainly good timing! We've just finishing up now. Thank you for all the help, Dorothy."

Dorothy nodded. "You're welcome, Melfina. I shall go help Hilda in the garden. Excuse me." She turned to go.

Melfina nodded. "Oh here!" She passed her a basket with water bottles and a lunch she'd made for them. "Take these with you. It'll be our lunch. I'll join you all shortly to help as well."

Dorothy nodded taking the basket. "Understood. We'll see you soon."

Melfina nodded. "Alright." She hurried off to greet the installers. "I hope everyone is having a good day at work."

• At work-

"Mister..." Dave blinked and checked the file. "Atomic Prince Iron Crusher Patton?"

The rather nomal looking man in the plain tan suit with sandy brown hair and glasses across from him smiled and said, "A pleasure and please just Mr Patton or even Atom is fine Mr Stark."

Dave nodded. "Alright Mr Patton. Dr Quinzel here has already interviewed you and-"

"Yes," Mr Patton said. "Why is that exactly? Is that standard for this sort if business? Sorry. I have an intense curiosity about things."

Dave smiled. "Nothing to be sorry about. We get asked that a lot. You can find the answer in your brochure packet. To answer your second question first, no, it isn't the norm at lot of places, RealDreams included, let the customer get whatever it is that they want. Let's say oh I don't know-"

"A Harley Quinn?" Mr Patton asked pointing at Dr Quinzel.

Dave raised an eyebrow and Harleen nodded. "No, please do. I don't mind... but I am taking notes gentlemen."

Dave chuckled. "Well I'm in the hot seat now!"

Mr Patton raised his eyebrows. "She's yours? Personally I mean?"

Dave smiled and nodded. "She is for many, many years now. She's invaluable to me in all aspects of my life. I likely wouldn't be where I am today without her and I gaurantee not as successfully or as happily."

"Awwww..." Harleen starts putting all of that in her file. "He's not wrong... but it's super sweet to hear it."

Dave smiles. "But yes Harley Quinn is a good example. Say a person decides they want one. Money aside there's nothing stopping them from getting one. But should they?"

Mr Patton blinked. "I'm afraid you lost me. If they want one why shouldn't they have one?"

Dave smiled. "Let's say your hungry Mr Patton and I show you a picture of a Hamburger?"

He nodded. "I'd suddenly want a hamburger."

Dave nodded. "Right. And lets say you can have anything here so you order a hamburger. No sooner do they take your order you see... whatever your favorite food is?"

Mr Patton smiled. "Ahah, I think I see where you're going with this... I like fried chicken and Pizza too."

Dave smiled. "Perfect. You see a pizza and order that and then a fried chicken and you order that as well and now you have a table full of heavy food that's probably too much, most likely far exceeded what you actually needed and isn't very balanced for your health or well-being."

Mr Patton nodded. "You're saying character's can be like that?"

Dave shook his head. "Not at all... owners can be like that. Another good example we use is the zoo. Let's say you win a grandprize for any animal from the zoo can be yours for the taking and you particularly like elephants. But you aren't very well off, live in a small domiscile or apartment and have neither the means nor the capacity to take care of such a creature? Do you still take home an elephant or not?"

Mr Patton blinked. "Well no it'd be foolish and irresponsible to- oh, yes. I see now. Some owners would because "hey free elephant" mentality rather than choose some smaller but just as cool like a big cat or something."

"Right," Dave said. "Harley's are a good example. There are bunchs of different iterations of her character. She quickly became a very 'iconic' character. Even people who aren't into comicbools at all usually have heard the name somewhere... but does that mean they know who she is? Do they know what or how a particular Harley from a show, comicbook, movie is video gane is different from anyother or the one they're they're imagining? If they buy on an impulse and they aren't satisfied what happens? That's a large part of the reason Rein Corp does business as well as second market dealerships. Customers expectations not being met because they don't do their due diligence in researching what they actually want."

He spread his hands. "It's the sane with modifications. Not to names but a recent client we turned away wanted their character to have extra breasts. Sure it's feasible. But he wanted an excessive amount and proportion. The character in question would have been unable to move without strength mods and she'd still be effectively crippled. Unable to walk, feed or care for herself. Once we pointed out the expenses and the drain of the unreasonable expectation for the customer they decided for themselves not to pursue that course of action. Our business model is finding out exactly what our clients want and what their needs are, then trying to meet those wishes and needs. You could buy a Bulma and an Android 18 and go down to some back alley chopshop that has the cheapest prices. Slap them together and take them home..."

Mr Patton nodded. "And if it turned out I didn't like what I got or it dudn't really suit me I'd be disappointed but have no one to blame but myself. I get it. Smart."

Dave smiled and nodded. "Its a lot more common than you think. That's why we have these little interviews. First with Dr Quinzel and then myself when taking on new clients. We want happily satisfied customers and try to meet those needs and expectations. Even exceed them if possible. If RealDreams "makes dreams real" we try to make the vision or fantasy real, viable and sustainable... so tell us about Bulma and Android 18 and your specific "vision", won't you?"

-A while later-

"Thank you, Mr Patton," Dave said shaking his hand. "We'll be in touch with you every step of the way through the process. Ms Tinker Bell here will be happy to take your information and see you out."

"And your down payment," Tink added.

Mr Patton laughed but nodded. "Honestly it will be a pleasure. I wasn't to sure what to expect at first especially when I heard about it being a series of at least two interviews... but now that I see how much dedication and thought you all put into this? Well let's just say you have me even more excited for the final product."

Dave smiled. "Us too. Honestly we love doing this stuff!"

Mr Patton smiled as he got into his vehicle. "That was much more interesting than I thought it would be." He looked back at the building and the sign, [Custom Character Creations]. He unfolded his computer. "Very interesting.... time to get to work."
