The Gallery of Faces

You tried getting into his head. Which by itself was hard, because he could get into anyone's head, meaning his way of thinking could differ a lot.

In fact, he's been in your head too. He knows how you think. You tried acting against your rationale by coming here, but its possible he would predict that too, which meant you had to act fast.

This was Elaine's home. So if he wanted to come in here without raising suspicion, he would likely come here dawning her. She lived here alone, and rarely had visitors. She was a very buisness orientated woman from what you've seen of her. Warm, but no non-sense. She was also very orderly. Every morning when you went out to school, she would show up with the exact same mannerism;

Leaving her house, adjusting her outfit, locking the door, brushing her hair. Unlocking her car, rechecking the door is locked, and then- and only then, go into her car and drive off.

That meant one thing to you. She was orderly. And you figured that if he had her personality, he would be orderly with his psychotic buisness too. You figured he'd have that black pen on him, and you didn't know if there were any more, but a psycho who enjoyed turning people into skins ought to have a stash...

Feeling confident in your guess, you rushed towards her bedroom, swinging open the door to her walk in closet, and there it was.

You guessed correctly. On the rack, were some two dozen skinsuits if not more, all neatly organized and hanging by hangers, like premade outfits. It made you sick, but you had no time for disgust. You started sifting through them, having you hold your guts as your eyes met familiar faces. Claire. Trish. Nick. Jimmy's mom, Harriet. Tina's boyfriend, Max. Allie from your school. And a lot of other faces you didn't recognize, but some seemed eerily familiar to you. Each face made you more sick than the latter, but each one was also new amunition to use again the pyscho.

You wanted to turn them all back into regular people, but you didn't know how. Could you even? Well, he turned you back. So there must be a way. You picked out one skin, your sister Claire's, and tried to figure a way to turn her back. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be a way to do it. You probably had to use the pen.

This was sickening, but it was an arsenal. You had to find a way to hide from him if you ever wanted to have a chance to fight back. Would he notice if one skin is missing?

Maybe you just take them all. Make a message. But come to think about it, if he knows the skins are gone and you wear one of them, he'll definitely know it was you.

Then your eyes landed on another skin, one possibly more valuable than any of the others. Elaine's.
