What does Cheetah reveal of the Amazon's plan?

They Wish To Become The Sacred Band of Bubastis

"Long ago, a group of Amazons worshipped the cat-headed goddess Bubastis. They were lesbiansss," Cheetah hissed the last word. "And organized themselves into a sacred band. Older warriors with younger warriors formed pairs for mentorship, and as lovers. Isn't that so?"

Neith grimaced at the claws that dug into her throat, but she said. "It is our way."

"But it isn't enough, is it? You don't just want cooze to fuck. You want the blessings of Bubastis. To be lionesses in human form. Stronger than your kin. Faster. Deadlier. Hunters of men," Cheetah said. "But the cat-goddess hasn't given you her blessings yet, has she?"

Neith said nothing, but the reporter could see the Black Amazon's lips form a tight smile.

"Which is why you slutsss stole my research!" Cheetah growled and spat. The muscles on her furred arms visibly strained. Lois gasped as she felt sure that Neith was about to have her throat torn out.

Unprepared for the Black Amazon to slap Cheetah on the right hip with the flat of her palm.

The cat-woman immediately moved with the blow...and the Amazon's heel kicked up and behind her, straight into Cheetah's groin. The black nails scratched Neith's neck as the blow sent her backward...into the arms of the other two Amazons, that caught Cheetah's arms and held her.

Neith twisted and turned, her dark eyes focused as she dropped into a crouch.

"Science is no substitute for the blessings of Bubastis," the Amazon countered. "We didn't want your research...we wanted you! In your body lies our goal. To become the perfect warriors. The Sacred Band of Bubastis will live again!"

The catwoman yowled. She fought. But the Amazons held her in a tight grip. One of them pressed a cloth over her mouth, and Lois saw the feral eyes dull and fade...the lids grow heavy and droop...the flailing limbs slowed and finally went limp as the **** or herbs took hold.

"Come, Lois," Neith ordered. "You will be a part of our new beginning!"
