Akko tries to figure it out... sort of.

Akko took the box happily, unaware of its true purpose, and quickly ran to the academy library to try to decipher it. She passed by, greeting a worried Úrsula who watched her leave.

Once she had chosen an accent from the shelves of books, Akko proceeded to pull out the instructions, eager to discover what the ring did. After all, how difficult could it be?

It turned out that it was harder than it seemed. But this time it wasn't Akko's fault, it's just that the damn thing refused to work! Even when Akko performed perfectly what the instructions said!
