She heads to the beach's changing rooms

Shortly after she wakes up, she gets everything she feels she needs for the beach and starts heading out. As it's fairly early in the morning, she doesn't believe a whole lot of people, especially women, will actually be there just yet, though she just come up with the idea of staking out any new targets by perching somewhere they can't normally see.

She goes into the changing room and with no one in there currently, she causally strips herself naked briefly and puts on the bikini she picked out yesterday. After admiring herself in the mirror for a minute or two, she leaves everything but her water guns and phone behind, she needs something to entertain her while she is perched like a sniper. Her guns aren't very big but she figured she'd be a good enough shot to wipe everyone's clothes off their bodies.

She finds her first place to stake out and wait for people to walk into her line of sight. She might move occasionally if she feel she needs to but she knows to be careful of anyone suddenly seeing her.
