Growing up Josh had always had a huge crush on a girl named Avery, but never made any moves until they ended up going to the same college there. Quickly the pair became nearly attached to each other, yet weren’t dating yet. Everything Josh was attempting just led him to being friendzoned.

One fateful day Avery came over to him bawling her eyes out. A big upcoming art project she had tonight was about to get cancelled, which would make her fail a class. Through these tears she made an offer Josh could not deny.

“Josh, I know you have a huge crush on me, and this project matters so much to me. If you agree to do me a favor for this art project I’ll go on a date with you. However, you have to agree now, no what if, buts or anything.”

Of course he instantly accepted this offer, ecstatic he finally was going out with his crush. After agreeing he asked her for details, but she wouldn’t say anything other than that he needed to arrive at her room at 6:00 on the dot, before leaving.

As the hours passed, Josh was nervous. He was curious about what she needed from him, thinking perhaps an announcer or backup painter. Finally right around 6 he showed up to her room, ready for the favor.
