Cafeteria

“C’mon babies!” The coach dressed as a fantasy queen chimed after they were all in clean diapers and school onesies. “Who wants to go get num nums!”

The girls all jumped and shouted saying they were ready for lunch, save for the babies who couldn’t even stand, and had by now lost most of their English comprehension.

The sapphic woman laughed before making them hold hands in a straight line. She led them out of the room where the gym was rapidly changing into a giant play room. Sets of folding prams lined one wall close to her office. She told the babies to sit criss-cross applesauce, and they duly did, even as Joanne questioned why she kept moving reflexively to her instructions. She grabbed some of the folding carriages and walked back to her office. An impossibly short time later, she was back with all six former boys stuffed into a rolling carriage and linked together like a train. She had an almost impossible level of control as she guided it across the gym floor to the babies, collecting them back in their line and leading the infantile procession toward the cafeteria.

The girls eventually arrived as several classes were already inside. The caterers had covered their faces and features, while most of them couldn’t tell what magical sabotage had happened to the drink fountains at all. The overwhelming magical aura of the coach let go, and she sent the girls who could walk inside to get their lunch.

Joanne practically gasped. Her body was finally moving completely on her own. Without hesitating she waddled at top, clumsy, speed into the cafeteria, skipping the line for lunches and going straight into the dining hall.
