upon seeing this option, Lauren went into a panic; she had overslept and now was likely to be late to work, which wasn't too much of an issue for Lauren since she was leaving the job in a month when she goes off to university but still she didn't want to be shouted at by her crummy boss Britany and you may be thinking surely having a boss who you've been close friends with since infants school would be good but really no. The power dynamic puts lots of pressure on their friendship along with Lauren suspecting the Britany preferred the company of her sister Vanessa really didn't help.

Not wasting much time (but not refusing to skip over her shower), Lauren rushed off to the bathroom (with the soiled bedsheets she removed from her bed) to get clean in a nice quick shower which by most peoples standards is still considerably long. Once out, she went onto putting on her attachments; her padded bra, Spanx, and a healthy amount of makeup. She then threw on her old pair of jeans and a black turtleneck which she felt made her look really fancy.

Once downstairs, Lauren found Vanessa groggily swaying around the kitchen making a breakfast from her hangover last night. Vanessa, hearing Lauren come down the stairs pipes up,

'...hey, umm do you want some bacon?'

'No thanks I'm not a pig, have you seen my car keys?' Lauren responds not giving her sister much attention.

'ok, suit yourself, more for me. I think I saw your keys are on the window sill' Vanessa replied putting a pieces of bacon from the pan into her and subsequently burning herself.

Lauren seeing the keys where Vanessa said grabbed them and headed off to work leaving Vanessa home alone to finish making her hangover cure. Now this story has taken a turn, without Lauren at the computer anything could happen, even something as exciting as a split path perspective.
